I do not recommend this hotel for anyone coming for Umrah or visiting the Holy Mosque. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised a complimentary shuttle service to the Haram. However, upon check-in, I was told that there is no shuttle service during Ramadan and that I should use public transportation instead (they pointed to the buses outside). These buses had extremely long lines, were overcrowded, and the boarding process felt very disorganized, with people being pushed and treated poorly by the organizers. This was not a comfortable or acceptable option for me. To make things more confusing, one of the check-in staff mentioned that a shuttle comes 15 minutes before prayer time, but when I asked the main hotel entrance staff, he clearly said there is no shuttle service during Ramadan and only public transportation is available. This lack of clear information was frustrating. As a result, I had to rely on taxis, where you have to negotiate prices with drivers who often try to overcharge due to the high demand (50-100 saudi riyals for one way trip) Uber was also a hassle, as many drivers seemed to prefer arranging private cash rides at higher prices rather than using the app. Overall, transportation was a major inconvenience, and I received very little guidance from the hotel on how to manage it. The room itself was in good condition, but the surrounding area is not convenient unless you have your own car.

Location is good. Close to bus stop which takes you to Haram bus stop. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby for very good price. Rooms were tidy. 2 of the 3 beds had problems but staff replaced them immediately. Honestly, cannot speak highly enough for the staff. They make this place worth booking. They were so attentive and responded to all our requests. Very kind and polite team. Thank you!

it is about the nice lady named Rehab Alsharif at the reception, she was very helpful with good attitude. Thank you to her. The hotel itself I would not recommend it, it was not as advertised, very old and dirty room, the bathroom drainage was blocked.

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal gelegen. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Zimmerservice war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

We had Cockroach on our bed and then reception demanded proof and sent up a staff member to check. When he saw it, they changed our room. So was not happy with the hotel room. I couldnt book another hotel because of how busy it was in the area. Was not happy with the stay at this hotel.

What stood out to me about this hotel is that the staff is excellent. They were very helpful, and went out of their way to make sure guests are having a great experience. Overall, the room and beds are clean (and I did a thorough check). The showers show discoloration, but it looks like it’s due to aging, rather than cleanliness. Although we purchased a room with two beds, we were given 3, but I’m not complaining. An extra bed was really nice. The buffet options were decent. We stayed a total of 3 days, and each day had a different food selection. The transportation is the most convenient about this hotel, because it’s right across from the entrance. Although the hotel has its own shuttle bus, I chose to take the free public buses to Makkah that were across from the hotel that ran more frequently. The bus station that deports from Makkah was also easy to access, and ran frequently. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Makkah.
