The clock tower Fairmont Hotel is AMAZING!! Great property, Great location And Awesome people!! Just the best ! Thanks for keeping it beyond Great to the team of Fairmont Royal Makkah Tower Hotel. Good rooms for families, cold, clean, clock tower has prophets museum in the Mall and it also had the clock tower observatory a must try .

Location is best

We stayed on the Gold Floor in room 2604, and I can’t thank the team enough for making our stay so memorable. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The housekeeping team was amazing, and whenever we needed anything, it was delivered to our room in less than five minutes. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Staying on the Gold Floor was an incredible experience for our family. We enjoyed complimentary service twice a day, along with breakfast and lunch, and the private elevator made access to the Haram very convenient. Everything we requested through room service was provided promptly. The hotel is only about a five-minute walk to the Haram, making it an excellent choice, especially for families visiting Makkah. I highly recommend staying here. It was truly a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back.

Rooms are good and have haram and kaaba view available. Beds were comfortable and hotel is next to haram. ideal location if you don't want to travel long distances. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and lots of space available as well. overall a good experience and would rebook in future.
