「The amount I was charged at check-in was more than the amount quoted by hotels.com. The receptionist took the initiatives to explain to me it was due to VAT. Although the increased amount was more than 5%, appreciated the way the receptionist communicated with me. The room quality was OK, but the housekeeping wasn't done on the first day as they said "everyday they clear the room for 1 time, so the check-in date won't get housekeeping service". However, it's true I checked in late at 2PM due...

「Næsten nyt hotel og alting fremstår som nyt. Virkelig fin standard for et 4-stjernet hotel. Men det bedste var nok personalet; der er ikke en jeg kan fremhæve, men alle (i både reception, concierge, restauranten) var servicemindede og smilende og hjælpsomme og gjorde det til et rigtigt rart sted at være. Jeg kommer igen en anden gang😀」

「I stayed overnight and all went very well from arrival to departure. Large room. The lady at the reception was extremely nice and welcoming. The room was very laege and spotless way better than any 5* of Mecca or Madinah. The one and only setback was that the entrancy of the hotel is a very busy and noisy main road, making it impossible to walk jn the neighberhood. That said, I would come back and also recommend it.」
