「Completely miss sold. In the middle of nowhere, not even a road to get to the property. Do not go here. Booked two nights and we did not stay left after 5 min of seeing what was not shown or communicated. Terrible. We did not even get a refund.」

Internet router was located at front inside workers office which meant we had very little to zero wifi signal The kitchen was empty, we had to ask for plates/ pans/ cutlery , we were given plastic cutlery and plates Checking in wasnt easy either poor communication Would not recommend! 」

「I couldn’t fault the hotel — it was perfect. We travelled from Scotland on an overnight flight and arrived very early, around 9 a.m. Although check-in was at 3 p.m., the staff kindly allowed us to check in early so we could rest, which we really appreciated. I was visiting Jeddah for my niece’s wedding, and the whole experience was wonderful. On departure day, even though our flight was at night, they also allowed us to stay until 3 p.m., which made a big difference. The service was excellent,...
