Good experience overall. The shuttle service is good and it comes every 40 minutes. The room was clean and the price was worth it. The staff were super helpful throughout my stay as well. Wifi was fast.

Very Nice Hotel, I travelled with my spouse & 2 kids, their shuttle service is available 24/7 after every 40 minutes & prior to prayer times, Near by free parking is available if you are travelling by your own car, however hotel provide parking at additional cost of 60 SAR/Night. Check in was smooth, Mr. Tamer at the restaurant was very much welcoming, breakfast was amazing, variety of option & fresh eggs were being prepared as per your request. Check out was also very very smooth Ms. Raneem was very welcoming at time of check out as well & asked if all was good. Will definitely book this hotel again upon next visit.

Very beautiful and clean place, has a 24 hour Shuttle dropping you off at the bus station which is a 5 min walk to the Holy Kaba. Staff is very friendly and will accommodate any requests you make. Will recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Makkah. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive throughout my 5-day stay. The services provided were excellent and, considering the price, I found it very good value for money. The only caveat is that the hotel is slightly away from Haram. You do need to take a shuttle, but the hotel provides regular buses every hour, and there are several hotels along the same street offering similar transport. The drop-off point at Haram is very convenient, just a 2-minute walk away. If you prefer walking, it takes around 15–20 minutes to reach the Haram directly from the hotel. Overall, I felt well looked after, enjoyed my stay thoroughly, and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

The hotel having opened in the last 6 months was modern, airy and clean. The services were of a good standard. It is good to see the staff were all trying as hard as they could to provide a great memory for the guests and on my stay went far beyond what i was expecting. Appears to be a newer hotel with modern finishes. Breakfast was fine. Shuttles to haram were frequent. Stayed for 2 nights but no one came to clean the room.
