「It’s up on the hill, does have a shuttle service, but it so complicated to get to the shuttle, and it’s only 2/3 minutes ride. We walked to the haram walking up the stairs, down the steps and walked some more Such a waste of time, even though it’s so close proximity to haram. 「It’s really great hotel with great customer service. It’s almost 30 minutes walk from Kaaba. Shuttle service available but it’s ok not bad. For Friday prayers you have to take texi after 10 am . Overall good experience 」

「Excellent stay from 15th July to 22nd July with 2 room bookings (5 people). Staff are very helpful, kind and caring. The hotel is very comfortable, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choice for all, the food was fresh and delicious. Hotel is located close to gate 79 (kaba entrance gate).
