「the staff was courteous (specially Mr. Yasser). He was very helpful and available from moment zero to the last minutes we left the hotel. the rooms were spotless and the view to the Haram was amazing. everyone in the hotel was running to make our stay comfortable. One note to hotel Admin: Please reconsider allowing the transportation company "Almosafer-Transport" to operate from your hotel; I had very bad experience with them and i don't recommend it to anyone. 」

「Excellent!!! Room is big and nice. Honestly I was not expecting such standard for such price. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is super nice, smells sweet. Receptionists are nice. I asked for special service like late check out, all was granted. 5 to 7 minutes walk to Haram. There is available shuttle to haram but I never used it because it is a walkable distance. I have a partial haram view. Cleaning is always available. We enjoyed our stay!!!」
