「My family stayed in a suite with one king bed and two twin beds from September 21 to September 25, 2025. The staff was very professional and friendly. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel in the world, offering five-star service. They truly make you feel like part of the family. Despite booking for five people, we were given a room with only two single beds, which was clearly inadequate. When we raised the issue, we were told that the hotel didn’t have a setup for five guests, which was surprising and disappointing (as five star hotel). As a gesture, they offered us free breakfast, which was appreciated but didn’t solve the core...
