The check-in process was quick, smooth, and welcoming, and every member of staff we encountered was professional, courteous, and eager to help. The location is excellent, with very convenient access to the Haram, making it easy to attend prayers throughout the day. Our room was always clean, comfortable, and well maintained. 「Check-in with Mr. Ahmed was not very pleasant, but Duty Manager Mr. Rayan made my stay wonderful. He upgraded my room to a higher floor (18th floor) and also extended my late check-out, which was very helpful on Friday. The location is excellent, come out from the hotel and just step into Haram from King Abdul Aziz Gate number 1. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Special thanks to Mr. Rayan for his kindness and professionalism.」

「I won't stay here again. It is close to Haram that is the only positive about it. At reception they have 10 counters but at any given time there are only 3 to 4 open. When i entered the hotel there was water spill my son slipped and got hurt. It took us 30 mins before we could speak to receptioninst for check in. Rooms are clean but extremely small. I was travelling from canada with family of 6,after putting luggage in room, there is no space left to even walk. Breakfast experience is terrible....
