「Good」

「Amazing staff, great view of clock tower , extremely clean and very good amenities. If you are looking at one stop away via shuttle bus with not too much rush near haram waiting for lifts this is the place to book. Royal suite best option with kids. 」

「Great location. Most convenient to the Grand Mosque. This was my fourth stay at this hotel. Stay recommended.」

「I’ve stayed at this hotel five times now, and each time, it feels like a second home. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The lobby is beautiful and spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating. The hotel is also exceptionally clean. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had, and the in-room dining is great as well. Overall, I always enjoy my stay here and look forward to coming back.」

「I like everything about it」

「Very old hotel. Amenities not really good as compared to other comparable.」

「Booking this hotel was a terrible choice. We stayed other hotels in Mecca clock tower and Jabal e Omar, but this was the worse one. Bathrooms were dirty shower was not working properly. Breakfast was very low standard. We paid high price compared to other hotels but get lowest services food and accommodation. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.」
