「We reserved 2 queen bedroom with city view and when we got there they had a king bed room with wrong view and we had to upgrade for a 2 queen with view which I think was very shady. We paid and reversed for transportation to the train station and they tried to charge us again even though we already paid. The hotel is good and we have stayed there before but I think they are adopting shady business practices.」
