「Everything about this hotel is perfect from price to location. Staff is very welcoming and quick check in and out. Close walk to Umrah door of haram and plenty of shopping and restaurants in between. Clean and comfortable and roomy rooms. Have water and tea and coffee in rooms and plenty of towels. Breakfast was also plentiful. Tons of options, including an omelet station.」

「Amazing visit with Al Safwah Hotel Tower. Situated with the Makkah Tower Hotel buildings it was quite close to Haram Masjid with 5 mins walk. We stayed in a Studio with Kaaba view. The hotel was clean and service was friendly. Our family of 4 with 2 little children enjoyed the stay. 」

「My third stay at this wonderful hotel. Rooms are huge and spacious. One of the best hotels in Makkah in Safwah towers. Service is excellent and iftar was amazing. Just one floor before is the food court where you will find all the restaurants including a very nice Bangladeshi for place. Below that floor are all the shops. Perfect location Alhamdulillah. 」

「Bedding and towels were so clean and comfortable. Room was supplied with everything we needed. The scale in the bathroom was a nice touch. Place is quiet, all staff are nice and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the water pressure of the the sink fossette. The shower was super powerful but the sink was very annoying. Didn't bother to complain as I was out most of the time. Oh and when you flush the toilet it splashes water on the seat so i have to rince it every time. Probably water...
