Outstanding staff, check in was seamless and Rahaf was amazing and arranged for me awesome room, even I came exhausted earlier than time. She went beyond to make my stay a memorable one. Also, the hotel was super in every item I could check. The executive lounge staff Taufeek and Mo, and the Gust service Ghofran was kind and made sure the experience was as expected. Hotel under renovation but location is very good and rooms were clean. Staff was helpful as well. Now there is an access from the bridge straight into the hotel so no taxi issues when checking on or out

We arrived at around 5:00 pm; however, when we went to check in, both rooms were not yet ready, and we had to wait for about an hour until 6:00 pm to receive the keys. That said, both rooms were on the same floor and close to each other, as we had requested. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and tidy. The bathroom was well equipped with everything needed, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast was very diverse, catering to different cultures, with plenty of options, more than enough for everyone, and the service was excellent. We truly had a great time, and the hotel’s location was outstanding—just steps away from Haram Makkah. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Makkah.

The location is unbeatable, even better than the Clock Tower. You step out of the hotel through its shopping floor, and you’re right in the Haram. There’s a food court on the third floor with plenty of dining options, and Romancia along with several other restaurants are within walking distance. We stayed in a quad room with a divider separating the beds, which was a great layout. The staff were amazing — friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Price-wise, it’s on the higher side, and the shops are also quite pricey, but overall, I really don’t have anything negative to say about this hotel.
