Very nice and new building very kind and helpful staff especially Anil gave me lots of information about transportation and area around the hotel and very fluent in English and for long stop in Istanbul and a long lay out this is nice and clean hotel , I highly recommend it and turkan was very nice as well

My husband gave a very well deserved compliment for the hospitality of the lady who waited on us at the desk. It was our last stay of our almost 6 week vacation before leaving Istanbul, and rightfully so, he said that she was the friendliest staff member that we encountered on our entire trip. We had great staff everywhere we went but this one was exceptional. She was so pleasant and went over and above to make our short stay exactly perfect. The FlyPoint Airport hotel provided us with everything that we needed. They arranged the shuttle service for us to and from the airport, and the room had everything that we needed. They were very good at communicating on the WhatsApp. The price was so much better than staying at the IST airport. It really was the perfect place for us to be as we had an early 4:00 am flight to catch, and a short 10-15 minute drive to and from the airport. I definitely recommend the FlyPoint Airport Hotel.

Affordable overnight when expecting a free long-layover hotel from Turkish Airlines that never materialized. Really lovely small lounge area, decorated with inviting books and seating areas. Simple restaurants and a grocery store with fresh produce nearby. Standard room was small but fine for one night. No top sheet on bed -- just a thin blanket/Turkish towel to put on top of you. It worked. A/C good. Shower good. Our window opened to street, but when we closed it, it was plenty quiet. The hotel can arrange airport transportation, or we used Uber, which saved us some money. It is near several other small hotels that serve a similar near-airport purpose. Facilities are new and nice. Three suggestions are: 1) Needs hooks or racks to hang wet towels, 2) When offering coffee or tea to guests staying at the hotel, make clear whether this is complementary or not. (There IS complementary tea/Nescafe in the room.), 3) In our room, the bathroom door would swing open and hit the front door unless we specifically closed the bathroom door until the latched clicked, after we exited the bathroom. Maybe a solution can be found? But it's a good place, and the owner was very kind when we arrived. We will likely be back!

The property is excellent and all amenities were superb. Bottled water was on hand, fridge available, tea or coffee and a TV for your entertainment. The lift was accessible, the staff on duty gave all the necessary information on the WiFi and he rang a taxi for me that arrived in time to take me to the airport. Beautiful place!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which made traveling easy. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, I missed the breakfast as it starts at 8 AM and I left early to explore the city. No dinner option However, there are cafés and shops nearby, which was handy. I appreciated the transportation options available for pick-up and drop-off. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the Wi-Fi worked well. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and it was perfect! It's conveniently close to the airport, and they offer a reasonably priced shuttle service, the driver was ready and waiting to pick us up. The hotel itself is very nice, with a beautifully decorated lobby and spacious, clean rooms. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. A big thank you to the staff as well, they were incredibly friendly and helpful! We definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed for just one night but had a great experience! The room was clean, more spacious than expected, and the bed was super comfortable. Great location. Lots of places to eat very close by and a market on either side. Super friendly staff. Very clean. The rooms are a decent size. We returned daily to find the room cleaned and bed linen changed. The breakfast sets you up for the day and is delicious. I would say this hotel is at the top end of a 3 star hotel. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect option for your airport stop over. Rooms were clean, comfortable and great value. Staff were very friendly and there are a few places to get food on the same block - not much else in the area. They have a convenient airport shuttle (extra fee) and the communication for this was wonderful and driver was very punctual. Only 15-20 mins to the airport.
