"We stayed from May 3 to May 9 2026. We were greeted with hassle free check in, and sat with a beverage while check in was handled for us by the welcome staff. Our room was beautiful, plenty of space, comfortable beds, cool air, AMAZING SHOWER and fridge stocked daily with drinks. Pools were perfect, water slides were really fun for both the kids, on the smaller side for under 48 inches, and adults, and the lifeguards were on full patrol for kids' saftey. Plenty of seating around the pool, inclding shaded seating in cabanas and under big umbrellas. Drinks were very tasty, not wateted down at all, and service was fast. The food trucks were great by the water park, and they have two table with seats that are on chains so you can swing! Restaurants were fully staffed, impeccably clean, great atmosphere and the food in all restaurants was delicious! Cleaning staff was top notch!! I will ABSOLUTELY be back!! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Riu Montego Bay. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The food was fresh, plentiful, and offered a good variety, which we really appreciated. The beach and water were also very clean and beautiful, making it easy to enjoy our time by the ocean. The only downside during our stay was the beach vendors. They were very persistent and often continued approaching us even after we politely said no several times. At times, vendors came directly to our beach umbrella multiple times, which interrupted the relaxing experience. I’m not sure whether this is permitted by the hotel, but it was the only part of the trip that felt uncomfortable. Overall, we had a great vacation and would still recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, good food, and beautiful beach."
