"Our checking process was somewhat slow since we had to wait almost an hour to get into our room. We had issues with outlets not working. The outlet by the mini bar was lose and would work intermittently. On one side of the bed the USB port didn’t work and there was no outlet to charge the cellphones. The bed was super comfortable, the food was amazing with a superior variety of foods. Even picky eaters can find something to enjoy. The staff worked really hard and were always willing to accommodate us. I ‘d like to suggest that you serve kids portions at the Italian restaurant to avoid waste. Longer hours at the kids play area would have been great. "
