"The Expedia confirmation of my reservation stated that a deposit had been charged to my card. This turned out to be incorrect, they had just placed a hold on my card. This led to an issue on check-in when I was asked to pay the full price of the stay when I was expecting only to pay the balance.
This misleading information from Expedia created an unpleasant first impression at the hotel.
The hotel has old facilities, which are reasonably well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the amenities in the room, water a refrigerator, and a kettle with very much appreciated. Staff were helpful and friendly."

"Beautiful property, most of the staff are absolutely amazing... but due to the few inconveniences we had we will not be back to this couples.... we will stick with Negril and swept away, hopefully they are still as we remember . Still 5 star but dropped the ball on us this stay. Probably more my luck , then the norm."
