「We love this resort! It was our second visit and it is like coming home! The staff is hospitality at the top tier!! So welcoming and friendly! Our butlers were amazing. They kept us updated on the events of the day, which restaurants were available and wanted to do what was needed for us to relax and enjoy. The food at Joia was delicious and good variety. 「Beautiful property, very romantic room on the beach and both the people and the cleanliness were amazing. The main complaint was the lack of communication on things happening throughout the resort and the food options. There were only two restaurants that were available without reservations and one of them was completely closed for a private event one night... leaving only the buffet. 」
