"There were ants on the bedside table and as soon as the staff used to keep the chocolate box in the room, it used to be full of ants and had to be thrown. Also, there were very limited (1 or 2) vegetarian options in the breakfast and the buffet dinners. Those were the things which bothered during the stay otherwise everything else was amazing. Staff was humble and welcoming each an deveryday."

"We had a lovely week at the Shangri-La. The coral coast is a beautiful area and we did a lot of snorkelling. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. This resort is great for families, friends and couples. I was travelling with my sister so we walked around and found quieter parts of the island away from all the kids. We also ate at the italian restaurant for breakfast which was adults only. They do well to cater to all types of travellers."

"This is a decent spot for being near the airport and convenient to get guests there on time the day of departure. Highly recommend it. Great fresh juices, wish they offered a greater variety of healthy vegetarian fare. The staff went above and beyond to return something I left in the room. Thank you for your hospitality"
