「酒店入住時間是1500時，我1600時到check in還未準備好，需要等。 入住房間很舒適，但厕所板有大條裂痕，好易使客人受傷。浴室嘅沖凉液及護髮素亦無refill。另外客房亦漏咗提供拖鞋。 第二日到酒店食早餐，在櫃檯前之服務員並無帶領我們入座，自己揾位。不過我眼見前面及跟隨我後面嘅外國旅客則由佢親自帶領入座，使我覺得有被種族歧視的感覺。十分不悦！ 曾有幾名員工親口問我取煙吸，認真麻麻。」
