We absolutely had the best time ever, the most gracious and easy stays we've ever experienced. The staff were loving, peaceful and so helpful. The staff at Kana Restaurant were the highlight of our trip, with always accommodating my son with his dietary needs. We absolutely were gutted to leave and would definitely visit here again. This is the third time we have stayed at The Outrigger Fiji. It is just lovely! The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. If you have children, they will be entertained for hours and if you do not have children there is the adults only pool area plus the layout of the grounds, restaurants etc are such that you do not feel on top of each other and certainly have your own space!

I got the Bungalow with private pool and Butler service. There are no words to describe how amazing this place was. Well worth every $ spent. By the second day the whole staff knew us by name and said Bula everytime we met. The bungalow was very roomy and the pool clean. The resort has a wonderful landscaping with flowers in bloom all over. The buggy rides to places on the resort were very helpful being I had a bad ankle. If you go make sure you book a spa treatment. The place is outstanding. I think we might have been there at the wrong time , I was disappointed in the fruit selection. The IVI sea food place was the best ever. The crab cakes with the sauce was out of this world. I was very sad to leave. Very clean, friendly,peaceful and beautiful. There was even an adult pool and bar and restaurant.

The resort was absolutely beautiful and the entire staff was wonderful. I travel by myself often and was unfortunately disappointed to find that this resort isn’t meant for those of us who travel alone. All of the activities that take place off the resort require a minimum of two people to be able to book. And booking an all-inclusive doesn’t include all the activities or even all the drinks. I think what I was most disappointed with was the lack of beach chairs. Don’t expect to be able to lay out on the beach! You can still snorkel and kayak during high tide and see some really amazing blue starfish. The food was wonderful and again the staff was so amazing. I loved getting to meet them all. And if you come with a partner or your family, you’re definitely going to love this place but for those solo travelers, I’d look elsewhere.

The room was spotless very clean and the resort as a whole scores 10/10. From the meals, entertainment and warm bula smile from the staff was the pinnacle of what made our time in Outrigger a memorable experience. Vinaka vakalevu outrigger staff members for making our stay a memorable one.
