We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Tokoriki. The beach was beautiful and there were lots of water sports activities available. We had the oceanfront plunge pool room which was the best setup ever. The bathroom does need a bit of renovating but was still very functional. We had a lovely time and would love to go back one day.

Tokoriki island and the views of the ocean are stunning. What makes the experience really good is the friendly and extremely helpful staff. The managers are really working hard to make the stay of their patrons a memorable one. They went out of their way to accommodate my grandson who has Down Syndrome, is non-verbal and autistic. A blunder of a room service order was handled with lots of attention and care to prevent similar mishaps. I want to thank the managers and all their staff who went out of their way to make our stay really enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sheraton Tokoriki. We were blessed to meet Sera at the front desk who welcomed us like family with her smile and warm greetings. The greeting and check in were an A+!!! Coming off the boat and walking up to the property, they gave us a shell lei greeting while singing a Fijian welcome song. It really made the welcome memorable and we felt like we were home from the minute we got there. Because we bought the full meal plan, upon arrival we were able to quickly sit down and have lunch at the open air restaurant overlooking the beach. The menu was expansive and there is an option of eating at the Indian restaurant as well. We absolutely recommend getting the meal plan as there is no other place to eat on the island and it gives you options without having to worry about the prices. Our room was #130, an oceanfront room that was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfy and the furniture and decoration was very nice. The room was a bit far from the center of the hotel and the walk was a bit far but overall it was great. The property is amazing and the beach and snorkeling is out of this world. There isn't great snorkeling on the shore but if you swim out or are taken out by the staff to the reef's edge, the snorkeling is some of the best I've ever seen in the world. Thank you so much to the Sheraton Tokoriki for making our stay a very memorable one! Thank you Sera! Bula Vinaka!!!

Beautiful island and largely lovely staff. Rooms are dated. Fitness centre isn’t really a gym it’s a bunch of dumbbells. Main issue we had though is that there were cats roaming the main restaurant one evening, complained to staff to see if they could shoo them off and they just laughed at us. A few minutes later one jumped on our toddler and ruined our meal and left her very scared of the restaurant for rest of the trip.

Paradise on Earth! The pool was clean and relaxing. Our room was cleaned beautifully daily. Views from the restaurants (especially at sunset) were to die for! The gem of the resort, though, is the staff! Activity/recreation staff of Lai, Vili, and Jelo became family. Eci was the most attentive and sweetest waitress. These people, plus more, elevated this vacation to a whole new level. The beach, water, and island view was BEAUTIFUL! There was minimal seaweed. The seaweed didn't affect us, because we swam out past it to the coral reefs. Great snorkeling with beautiful and varied marine life! We did bring our own snorkels. I highly recommend the Cast Away island/snorkel tour from the guys at the watersport hut on the beach. Fijian hospitality is exemplified at this resort!

I have stayed at Sheraton Tokoriki three times over the years and have always loved it, which made this most recent stay particularly disappointing. In the past, the service has been a standout feature of the resort. Staff would usually know you by name within a day or two and service felt attentive and warm. Unfortunately, this visit felt completely different. Service throughout the resort was consistently slow and inattentive. For example, we waited around 1.5 hours for a simple coffee to arrive, and long waits for service in the restaurants were common. Food and drinks were not offered poolside, which is unusual for a resort of this standard. On several occasions we found ourselves standing and waiting while staff finished their own conversations before acknowledging us, and when service did come it often felt as though we were inconveniencing them. There were also issues with the food and beverage offering. Some menu items did not match their descriptions and overall the pricing felt very high relative to the quality delivered. More broadly, there seemed to be an underlying staff morale issue. The atmosphere suggested that staff were unhappy, which unfortunately translated into noticeably poor customer service. We did raise these concerns with management during our stay, however no real solutions were offered. This is a beautiful resort in an incredible location, which is why it’s so disappointing to write this review. Based on our previous stays, Sheraton Tokoriki

The resort is not 5 star in my opinion. Plain drinking water was not freely available throughout the resort (we had to ask for bottled water). Our room was clean but fixtures were tired, broken or worn out some powerpoints were loose on the wall * one bedside lamp switch worked but was taped up with electrocal tape * there was no globe in the light above the phone desk * there was no instructions for the phone and it only appeared to work on speaker * there was no bottle opener in the room * the wooden bed base creaked on the tile floor * the room fixtures looked tired, faded (paint on sheer curtains and curtains coming unhhooked) * hanging space for wet swimwear etc was non existent. Staff were mostly friendly attentive but some could do better. Restaurant food was ok, however, prices were expensive for what was offered. Bar staff only served from behind the bar. Wet weather seating in the bar area was scarce. Recorded music in the restaurant/bar was loud & annoying. Cabanas were hot & not inviting. Gardens & buildings were not very well maintained and drainage improved. (Slippery tiles)

Quarto confortável, limpo e espaçoso. Equipe sempre muito gentil. Atividade de snorkeling muito boa com a equipe rebocando os hóspedes com jet sky até a borda dos recifes. Cardápio variado no restaurante.
