We stayed a couple of nights here. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. We stayed in one of the beachfront villas with a private pool. It was a little tired, but a really good space with the ability to self cater. The outlook was superb, the pool lovely, very private and good value. The location is a little out of the way, and a different kind of holiday compared to the busy Denarau style resorts, but in my opinion, preferable.

We had a garden view room. It was large and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always there to take care of any needs or questions. The property is lovely. This is an older resort, but everything was clean and nice.

We had a great spot at the resort on the waterfront that was close to everything we needed - the pool & the restaurant. Our room was well equipped and perfect for our family of four.

We were very pleased with our stay from start to finish. We were greeted with a Big Bula and Smile and treated like family immediately. Everyone there was so nice & helpful. The property and room are comfortable and amenities perfect. We did take a day trip out of port Denaru booked by the Activites desk /Rosies on the property and it was a perfect day. The evening dinner were fun to attend. We will definitely be staying again the next time in Fiji.

We stayed here for three days at a villa. Our own pool was so luxurious. The privacy was great. Washing machine on site was a bonus. Food was good. Entertainment at night was so memorable. Sunset boat trip. Free use of snorkeling equipment to look at the reef just offshore. Attentive staff. No complaints. Great massage and complementary foot massage

This is a beautiful location with extremely welcoming staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was provided with many options all served with generous portions. The air conditioning turned a very warm room to a lovely cooled environment within minutes of putting on. Overall we would thoroughly recommend this location if you want a quiet and relaxed holiday. Thank you so much to all the genuinely attentive staff.

Breakfast continental was very poor, cereals, bit of fruit, bread & pastries. No cold meats, cheese, nuts etc. I ordered the eggs Benedict & it was if they had used 1/2 muffin & cut it again, some very frizzled bacon, eggs were cold, presentation very poor.

The best part about First Landing is the staff. So friendly, helpful and amazing with kids. We stayed in a 1Bedroom villa which was beautiful. Had everything you needed and its own private pool. The main pool is also very good, large and with lots of loungers/umbrellas around it. There was an activity board each day with lots of different things to do and excursions could be booked through the onsite tour desk. Tuesday night show was great fun too. But again, the people really are the best!

Excellent room comfortable bed,well stocked in-room coffee tea sugar and real milk , fridge and kettle, clean well stocked bathroom, spacious sitting inside room and on veranda. Staff are excellent; friendly and efficient. Very lovely garden and canopy of trees, shrubs and flowers enveloping the resort and rooms.

A mostly pleasant resort, with excellent staff. They really made us feel welcome. Building needs some serious maintenance. Felt I was ripped off when I tried to shuttle my family back to the airport and told it would be $150, instead of the $50 it took me to get there from the airport. Driver accepted $60 as that’s all the cash we had on hand.
