The resort is nice, but it's pretty far from town. The staff at the restaurant are friendly, but the check-in staff are not very courteous. They didn't offer us any drinks when we arrived. They aren't very accommodating. I don't feel like I was taken care of like at other 5-star resorts I've stayed ...

Check in was efficient but cold. Everything else was fine and all other personal were friendly and helpful

Reaort has a tendency to nickle and dime costs. Things like breakfast foods are high priced, taxis cost more than if you called direct, etc. Also, restaurant food preparation was inconsistent; same meal would taste different based on chef.
Great if your a surfer or diver. Boats that go out are parked right at their dock. Very convenient.
The place was dirty the ocean was horrible and that while I had expected before coming to Fiji. I would have to say Hawaii still has the bluest water. The staff was horrible extremely lazy and terrible customer service. The hotel was very dirty.
