"Room was in great condition. Pillows are awesome although the mattress had dips from previous use. The car parking overnight is expensive at $95, however I must say the valet guys are more than helpful, probably the best I have seen. Overall an above average stay. Rooms are very clean."

"We stayed in the heritage room on the 3rd floor. The room and the bathroom were spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the general look of the room was a little dated. Breakfast buffet was great and the staff at the breakfast were attentive to our needs. Gym was well equipped. The hotel was well-located and not too far from everything. Would definitely stay again. "

"Arrogant dsek staff who refused to let my wife, daughter and three young children check in (who had been caught in a thunderstorm and were scared, soaking wet and cold), because the Hotels.com booking was in my own name. My wife had ID with Medicare card, drivers license with address, and my mobile number as proof of identity. Even after I had uploaded the booking reference number with my wife named as a guest, the smart-arse on the desk said he "couldn't read it. "My husband and I have stayed at the View multiple times, possible nearly 20 times. It is it go to placebo to stay whenever we venture into the city. The views at night you will never tire of. The buffet breakfast has a lovely range to choose from, sure to please everyone. Parking is an additional $40/night, which is very reasonable for the city."
