「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「Everything was absolutely amazing the only 1 recommendation I would say is to fix the air conditioner to where it doesn’t just shut off randomly. I had to keep getting up early around 2-3am to turn it back on after it shut off in over 100 degree weather throughout the night/morning Other than that absolutely wonderful and will do again!!!! Thank you so much 」

「Lovely little hotel. Visited with a partner and we enjoyed ourselves. The vibes were good….quiet, the property looked good, staff was kind, food/drinks at the Pink Cabana restaurant also good, pool area was big enough to enjoy a swim or laying out, easy parking. Would return. 」
