「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」

「The room is cozy and the the breakfast is delicious.will come again.」

「I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.」

「Staff members were incredible and helpful. Arch is within close walking distance. Parking was easy in and out of the garage with secure safe areas to park. Rooms were clean, couldn’t ask much more. 」

「Have a nice staying afternoon 8 hours driving. Room is great and clean. Breakfast is at the nice and have things we needed. The swimming pool is open and have kids playing in it. We hadn’t use it. Instead we use the fitting room for half an hour. Facilities are some what old and make annoying sounds when used.」
