「What a gem! The shared kitchen between the 6 suites was great. We loved the pool, the sound of the ocean and watching the frigatbirds and pelicans. The room had a very comfortable bed, great AC, wifi and a cool shell shower. No TV, and we did not need it as we had ocean views. Gabriela welcomed us and was an excellent host. 「I’m happy with my stay at this property. The location is very convenient; close to the beach, quiet, and safe, as it’s in a private area with restricted access during the night. Just keep in mind that the building feels more like a residential condominium than a hotel. There’s no food or beverage service on-site, and at check-in, we were informed that housekeeping is only provided once per stay, even though we stayed four nights. 「All of the workers are nice. Antonio our concierge was awesome! I only put 3 stars for area around the hotel. There is nothing to do around the hotel without leaving the premises. All inclusive is useless. They only have 2 restaurants to choose from. This is definitely a laid back non party place! I would go back. The villa with kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms was the main reason I stayed there. 」

「This has to be the best place I have stayed at. Mexico never disappoints when it comes to the service, the staff was just absolutely amazing. The girls at the front desk, the massage lady, the waiters that helped us through our stay Ruben and Sebastian were just amazing. The place is beautiful and breathtaking. A must visit.」

「Nice」

「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」

「这家宾馆位于一条很漂亮的街道上，距离市政厅仅仅是几步之遥。宾馆不大，所以，很安静，楼下有个很大的洗衣房，还有个餐厅。我们住的是有小厨房的套房，平台上的图片显示是很小的冰箱，其实是个中等大小的冰箱，足够使用。另外还有烤箱和微波炉，免费提供桶装水。整个宾馆极其干净，很多地方都配置了酒精洗手液和擦手用的纸巾。工作人员热情，积极，友好，还教我说español.以后，每年来坎昆度假，我都会选择住在这里。」

「The staff at the property were so helpful and pleasant for the entire visit. The people working a the front desk as well as the staff in each restaurant were so knowledgable and sincere in their attention to details. The people that cleaned the room also did an excellent job each day. We stayed a full week and loved out time there. The employees were an impressive bunch of great people. 」
