「Newer hotel but right on off and on ramps! Very noisy from semis. Wore earplugs , along with pillow over my head. Had bed next to window and still had very poor sleep...maybe 3 hours. 2nd night- other bed, jumping noisy kids above us, loud tv next door! Another poor night of sleep. Called office. Helped but didnt stop the noise. Pounded on wall helped better for loud voices (tv?) Never neen so happy to leave a hotel! Not worth the xtra dollars to stay here. Nice facility but over priced for...

「absolutely fantastic place to stay! Not a roach in sight and no crumbling paint anywhere. Perfectly maintained very quiet. Perfect if you are there on business. Believe me it is worth the extra money! You are worth the extra money! They have a free breakfast buffet with eggs and sausage in the morning and they even have a bar open until midnight. It's such a beautiful place and I really like staying there when I'm in Kansas City.」

「Dear Mr Royal Hampton… Staff was wonderful accommodating us, pool wasn’t too clean there was stuff floating in it but otherwise the temp was good, maybe wasn’t cleaned from the night before, there was lots of people in it that day. Breakfast was convenient and good」
