"No remote for t v. Desk clerk attempted a random remote and it didn't work. No response from front desk.Had to go down to it. Room phone not working (safety issue) Desk couldn't fix . Not a good stay. Night clerk was a "No show".Day clerk worked a double. We won't book there again. Very disappointing. ..."
