"Clean room but elevator seems like it’s not functioning correctly."

"We had a clean room, and a wonderful view. But the first day we were there all of the power outlets stopped working inside of the bedroom (we had a suit). I told the staff multiple times and nobody ever came to fix the problem. Our airport shuttle was great, and food was decent. "

"They need more help at check-in especially when there are large crowds coming in. Too long of lines. I also do not care for the way they book reservations for specialty restaurants! Only one a day- again with really long lines! Get to be your turn and they’re out of reservations and won’t let you book for the next day! Nice hotel but too many hassles-spend too much time in lines!"

"The overal of the hotel, include food and staff service is ok. but the facilities are old，the bathroom had mold spots, and many of the small holes in the shower head were black in my room"

"The room we got has water leaking from the ceiling where the air conditioning is situated. Although a maintenance guy came to fix it, not a day later, another side of the ceiling started leaking again so we just use the trash can to catch the dripping water. While checking in, I requested for a shower cap but the attendant says they don't have those and suggested buying one from the pharmacy across the hotel - and to our dismay there isn't even a vanity kit in our room considering this is an all-inclusive 4-star hotel. In fairness, the room has a fridge with soda/pop and beer cans free of charge and they refill it each day (when they are consumed). The phone is not even hooked up and apparently, a third party is responsible for fixing the phone up for the hotel and would only arrive on certain days to handle issues. So we have to go down the lobby each time we need something since there is no phone to use. Fortunately, a housekeeping man came by and hooked up the phone for us on our second day so all is good after awhile. Wi-fi is average and almost everyday, we have to sign in our name and room number to get connected to it. One good thing to note is that everyday your room is getting cleaned but some days, the number of towels keep diminishing. Like on our second day, our used face towel was not replaced back - so we have to ask for them again."

"Alejandro at the front desk was literally the best and super friendly informative. Honestly, he deserve deserves nothing but the best he is amazing, and I will never forget him."
