Check in took 1 hour and half horrible service , my room was switched that was booked 7 months in advance thy said because of rain damaged but members have 1st priority, the rooms beds are horrendous extremely hard , the food was a hit or miss, over all worse hotel i have ever stayed in cancun do not go based off the pictures advertised , i guess its a cheap hotel you get what you pay for

We enjoyed staying in the resort . Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. They made us feel like we are their family . The place is clean . Food selections were good 👍. Area is safe , love their shopping mall just across the resort . Special shout to Janet ( concierge lady ) for helping us with the reservation since the reservation app was not working at that time .
