"Conrad HK is very reliable and has been for decades. Still, the room is feeling a bit dated compared to the newer hotels or those that may have been refurbished. Nonetheless, I will continue to frequent the Conrad HK for its service and location."

"I enjoy the hotel’s convenience and service. The desk receptionist was very helpful in calling a cab to the airport and volunteer to take our luggage down to the ground floor and loaded it into the cab."
