The hotel should have offered alternative solutions for our situation, rather than placing us in an undesirable position. We arrived in Hong Kong at 5:00 AM, and by the time we reached the hotel around 7:00 AM, we had nowhere else to go. Upon inquiring about early check-in, we were informed that the cost would be HKD 700.00 per day. Given our eight-night stay for two rooms, we were charged an additional HKD 13,000.00. The hotel should explore other options.

We had great stay, the harbour view room are awesome.very pretty day and night. Room are bigger than most hotel there. the staff are nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again in the future.
