「Very clean, comfortable, and relaxing」

「The room was small with two queen beds however it was very convenient to have a refrigerator, microwave and fireplace. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. There were generous bath linens and coffee portions. I would say the only negative was the floors looked cleaned but our socks and feet were dirty after walking on them without shoes. Housekeeping was efficient and did a great job. Parade route was right in front of the motel and we could sit on their elevated street side wall」

「Upon entering the room I smelled a strong smell of urine. I immediately started looking for another hotel online, but they were all booked up. My husband suggested getting air freshener but that would just cover up the filth. I walked to the gas station and got a bottle of 409 and paper towels. I cleaned the floor by the toilet and my towel came up BLACK. I proceeded to clean the entire floor and it apparently hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The smell improved but not much. Can walk right out onto Sand Dollar Beach and just a couple minutes drive from everything fun in Morro. Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway to completely unwind.」

「The late check in was accommodated which is much appreciated. Lots of renovation is done recently so rooms and washrooms are in great condition. Parking could be tight but its right on the highway 1 so very convenient location for exploring pacific coast.」

「Every thing is ok but the room are really small and the windows are permanently closed so if you travel with a dog you can not open the door and the window its not really nice the location is perfect walking distance to the beach but the coffee is only black no cream no milk so gas station it’s good option to have some coffee with cream」

「The place is clean. The beds were good nice showers. There is no staff on site if there is an issue. The doors will slam if you don’t slow them down so people can be annoying going in and out of their rooms at all hours. It’s in a metal building so voices carry if they are in the hallway.」
