The waiter was really great. I booked a room on the 24th, but I forgot that I arrived on the 23rd. The waiter was very good and helped me change it to the 23rd. I really recommend it. The waiter was super patient.

I hadn’t stayed here before, and the location was better than expected! The parking was more than adequate, a little tight here and there, but not a problem. Our room was roomy and clean. I knew they’d remodeled somewhat recently, so was surprised that the mattresses hadn’t been replaced. I know it’s hard to do everything, so hoping that happens in the near future. We really enjoyed our stay, and the many staff members we met were all really helpful and friendly. Excited to come back!

This was our fourth stay at The Landing, and it’s easy to see why we keep coming back. The property is very clean, the staff is consistently friendly, and the location in Morro Bay is truly hard to beat. The only minor downside is that the walls are a bit thin. It wasn’t a major issue, but we could hear a gentleman next door snoring and some kids playing. For the price and the unbeatable location, though, this is really the only negative thing I can point to. Overall, the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is wonderful, and the convenience of being right in the heart of Morro Bay makes this hotel an easy choice. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future.

Over-priced, given it was a spring break weekend. Property felt old. A hook on the bathroom wall completely fell off. One bed sheet was not clean, but we arrived late at night so the staff was all gone and nobody was there to help. Location is pretty good, but all the beach views will be on the hallway side and it’s weird to leave your curtains up all the time because people will be passing by and see everything in the room.

Had an amazing stay there. Great spot with views of the bay and close to all of the restaurants. Room was clean comfortable. The best part of the whole place is the staff. They are very accommodating and care about their guests. Thank you for an amazing stay.

This property is located a half block off of the waterfront, which was wonderful. It's a very small hotel, with no elevator. That was fine for us but something to note. The rooms were advertised as having fire places. They have little plug-in portable ones, neither of which worked in the two rooms we rented. The front desk was no help. The rooms were nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. We went midweek, so the price was pretty reasonable. It was not what we expected, the photo makes it look much bigger, but we had a comfortable stay and the location couldn't be beat.

What a lovely motel! The staff is so friendly and welcoming! The rooms are spacious, clean with everything you need in it! I especially liked the reception area, tastefully decorated for Valentine’s Day with complimentary drinks and snacks. Thank you!

I called to see if i can check in early.. and they said no.. we are running late on getting rooms ready.. please come at the 4pm check in time.. I get there at 4:05pm and they tell me.. sorry.. your room is not ready.. please come back at 5pm.. that is crazy,, check ins used to be at 2pm.. i had to wait till 5pm.. to check into our room.. thats bs.. then one of the lights didnt work in our room.. and i went and told front desk.. they gave me a replacement tube, so that i can install it.. WOW.. so now i get a late check in.. and i have to do your maintenance too.. unbelievable..
