"The perfect hotel for an overnight stay in beautiful Morro Bay! Rooms are small but renovated nicely, everything is clean and well kept. The location couldn't be better, walking distance to downtown and local restaurants and bars. Directly across the street is a fantastic local spot for an early morning breakfast before you start your day. The only downside is how thin the walls are, with this being an old hotel that has been renovated. Easy to hear conversations coming from the room next door. We have stayed multiple times, I would recommend asking for an upstairs room!"

"Really happy with the size of our room (two queen room), loved having two sinks! One in with the shower/toilet and the other by the closet. Made it easy for all of us to share. Nice to have a little deck to sit on. Overall clean and comfortable. It was nice having indoor hallways, made it feel safe and secure and it was very quiet! Walkable to everything we wanted to see in Morro Bay. Lots of food options nearby. Easy parking. We will definitely stay here again"

"Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We’ve stayed numerous times at Sea Air and the rooms are always very clean. Staff is quick to accommodate any needs. The front desk personnel is very welcoming. One minor complaint would be the sitting chairs in the accessibility rooms. They are cute, but not sturdy for large adults. Better comfy chairs would be great. All in all, great hotel at the right price."
