"The room was clean, comfortable, and had a balcony with a lovely view of Morro Rock. Rooms have been nicely renovated, so it's nicer inside than it looks from the outside. There was convenient parking under the building, and the hotel is a short walk to the waterfront and downtown area. Staff was helpful. No breakfast is available at the hotel, but it is an easy walk to several good places for breakfast. My only gripe is that the remote control provided for the TV doesn't really work well with the TV system ... navigation is very un-user friendly. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay."

It has a unique location, with the balcony views being prime and what we look forward to the most. It may be showing some age here & there but it's still maintained very well. "Fasted check in experience I've ever had. I gave my name and was handed my key, done in 10 seconds. Super easy. Room was in good shape and clean. The ceiling fan was great at keeping the room nice and cool. There was also a box fan available as well. Very short walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and bars. I'd gladly stay again to be so close to the Siren music venue. Lots of parking in the lot and around the hotel. My only complaint would be the bathroom sink was super slow to drain."
