Lovely hotel with a short walk down to the harbour/bay. Clean basic rooms, perfect for what we needed, the front desk staff were lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Spacious room with a view of Morrow Rock from the Balcony. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Some of the parking spaces were a bit precarious getting in and out of however there was always a place to park.

We stayed at Hotel Avisa AFTER Labor Day and so there were no crowdsā€¦. We had the best room on the 3rd floor with the balcony and ocean view. The ladies at the front desk were very supportive. The covered parking garage was safe.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Avisa. Iā€™d just like to advise, this propertyā€™s parking garage is smaller than most. We stayed on a Saturday night and had no problem finding parking but itā€™s definitely something to keep in mind.
