"The lodge was beautiful! Our room was spacious and had a nice view. Our stay was great but we did have one issue with the hostess at the on sight restaurant. Upon check in we were informed to call to reserve seating. We called and confirmed the amount of people in our party. We were given a wait time. When we got to the restaurant the hostess said she did not see anything for us with my name. Upon a second check she seen my name but noted 2 instead of 6 as we confirmed on the phone call. She proceeded to tell me that we needed to wait another 30-45 minutes, despite there being enough room. We had an infant and toddler with us, we were in no position to wait which is why we called ahead. She showed no care that this was an inconvenience and accepted no fault in the matter even though she was the one I spoke to and confirmed with. Luckily one of the waiters overheard us and got us a table swiftly. We will gladly stay at the lodge again but will most likely pass on the restaurant due to said hostess."
