「We stayed here for 3 nights for an event in Caserta. The hotel was well appointed, and in a great location close to the Palace. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food and drinks. The room was neat and clean with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Air conditioning worked well, and the blackout curtains were useful. I particularly liked that I could communicate with reception via WhatsApp to confirm my arrival time」

「酒店离市区比较远，但整体环境还不错，房间很干净床也大就是床垫太差了，今天早上起来身上都痛，另外早餐的盘子都看起来不太干净！除此之外其他都很好，而且订的价格也是超级划算的，还有游泳池很漂亮支付1欧元就可以，很可惜到酒店的时候比较晚第二天又赶时间没能去泳池玩。」

「Staff very helpful. Room was nice. AC about like AC in most of Europe. Great bar. Don’t even think about driving to the royal palace. The star will arrange a cab.」

「This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. 」

「Great location. Nice staff. High floor with view. Taxi fixed rate to airport - need to confirm with driver they all wait outside and ask for more but I refused. No garage need to park nearby - also check several garage on the price - varies. Quite like the hotel in general」
