「This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. 」

「Stay here for a night before I headed over to the islands. It was conveniently located near the train station and ferry. It was clean and stocked with amenities in the bathroom. It is an older hotel, but it has a wonderful charm, and it has breathtaking views of Mount Vesuvius. The service was great as well. Nothing bad to say.」

「The hotel staff were great, polite and efficient. Breakfast had a good amount of items and well stocked. He room was clean and offered good facilities. We had hired a car so didn't explode too much by foot around the hotel but there was a few fruit stalls and shops around. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to friends. 」

「The property was hidden behind a quirky traditional door which opens in to a courtyard to gain access to the hotel. Staff were friendly and on hand to assist with any help we required and also provided tips and information to make the most of our trip to to Naples. The suite we stayed in had a split level sleeping arrangement which made the room spacious and the large window opened on to a Juliet balcony overlooking the busy street below.
