"Hello, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property and to request appropriate compensation for the issues I experienced with my reservation. I had specifically booked a room with two queen beds to accommodate myself and my two sons. Upon arrival, I was initially given a room with only one bed. After bringing this to your staff’s attention, I was reassigned to a different room in another tower. Unfortunately, upon entering that room, we discovered that the carpet was wet, making it unsuitable for use. I then had to return مرة again to the front desk, where I was reassigned back to the original room with only one bed. As a result, one of my sons was forced to sleep on a rollaway bed. This was not the experience I expected, especially considering the amount I paid for our stay and the importance of this family vacation. Seeing my son sleep uncomfortably on a rollaway bed was both unacceptable and disheartening. I believe this situation warrants compensation, as the accommodations provided did not match what was originally booked and paid for. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a fair resolution regarding compensation for the inconvenience and diminished experience. Thank you for your time and understanding.
