「The shower was not great, it would get too hot and then too cold, fluctuates every 20 seconds and makes it impossible to take a shower without an issues. 」

「The pools.. there is substantially no lounge chairs by the pools, and the number of chairs available on the beach is not nearly enough for the number of guests. I’ve never been to a Cancún resort where the pool was really unusable for sunning. Thus was the first one. The food.. it wasn’t very good. Maybe nothing was seasoned very well? And the restaurants were very difficult to reserve. 」
