Very unprofessional staff (I am not going to bore you with my story, but it was family reunion and my birthday, all I say, they ruined it for me). Rooms have roaches. food is awful. Very low quality alcohol. So many construcation sites all over the hotel. Don't spend your money there. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the pool and beach access.

Me encantó mi estadía en Grand Oasis 😍✨ El hotel está súper chulo, el ambiente es increíble y realmente vale la pena por el precio — es bastante económico para todo lo que ofrece. Disfruté muchísimo, la pasé demasiado bien y definitivamente volvería. Lo único que diría es que la comida puede mejorar un poco, pero fuera de eso todo estuvo espectacular. Overall, lo amé 💕🏝️

I would like to start by saying to be extra cautious with check in personnel they are scam artists.. they tried to charge me an additional $870.00 for my son that is 13 years old saying that he is considered an adault.. I called Expedia and the agent was really helpful stayed on the line until a manager came to the desk and everything was squared away.. was happy that agent also offered me another resort if oasis would not resolve the problem.. After everything manager apologized for the so called confusion from his employees.. On another note resort is ok just a lil too big pools are awesome food is what you make it can be good or bad.. rooms are ok only needed to sleep beds are comfortable..

The resort has its benefits for being cost efficient but in the end, we should have booked a nicer resort for the price we spent. The staff is good here and very accommodating though, and we did get a free upgrade due to loud noise/partying in a room next door to our original room.

Overall it was great just some things need some TLC . The showers draining was iffy . Had to stand in a puddle while showering . The refrigerator that was in the room did not work . Drinks were hot . Uber is not allowed to go in for pick up only drop off . WiFi is slow . The pillows were not washed smelled like sweat .

That was the worst all-inclusive resort experience in Cancun. The pyramid, with all the greens everywhere, looks very attractive, and the pictures on the site are even more so. However, the service is horrible (I am not picky and can tolerate many things). The staff is very rude and unhelpful. Trash is everywhere around the pool, and everything is dirty. The rooms are very old (and that's okay), but very dirty, and not everything works properly (one of the sinks was clogged the entire time we were there). Cleaning wasn't good at all, or they could skip days of cleaning. It was a challenge to change the beach towels (rarely had clean, dry towels in stock at the stations). Bars always struggle to offer simple, refreshing drinks (only mix of Sprite and syrups, not even mochitto). The ice cream station is usually out of ice cream. Buffets and restaurants worked in a very weird way, and not for everyone. The food was bad and not fresh except I guess only the omelet for breakfast. And this is not all that I can describe. Oh, beach - the same, not clean and probably for the entire resort only 10 beds ( half broken )

The place was okay. The view is beautiful, big pool, multiple restaurants (but most are for other guest). The staff was the most disappointing part. When you are ordering food or drinks most of them look at you like “why is this person bothering me?” They are extremely slow with service, they just don’t care for the guest. Not all staff members were like this but out of all of them about 2-3 were kind and very helpful. Another annoying part is the moment you check-in right away they drag you to the membership conversation. We were tired from our flight, it was hot and we just wanted to eat and go enjoy the place but no first listen to how you can become a member even though no one asked. At this point, my family and I will not be returning to this hotel, it was also our first time in Cancun and it was not a good impression. We have been to Punta Cana to different resorts and hands down we loved it. If we do decide to become members somewhere it will probably be in Punta Cana.

The staff at the few restaurants that was opened were nice but the front desk guy that checked us in was horrible, rude , unkind and separated my family and i, we slept on differentfloorsafter he threatened to put us in separatebuildings. Refused to give me a baby crib for my baby. My bathroom was grimy and flooded, I couldn't take a proper shower as it was gross. My room have a strong chemical smell, like from a mosquito repellent. It made my baby so sick and I have to bring him to the hospital tomorrow. My experience was a sad one. I will never EVER go back there. Worst way I have spent thousands of dollars in my life.
