Definitely never again. The pictures online are very deceiving. It makes you feel that you are in a big resort but it’s super tiny with a huge building full of rooms but the entertainment part is very small. The beach side is very small. Food is horrible in every restaurant. There is nothing to eat. It looks like leftover food. The room was very bad. Very dirty. I requested to change the room more than three times with no help every time they say come tomorrow I paid about 2600 for a four-day vacation and it’s definitely not worth a dollar employees are very rude. You have to pay and tip every single one you pretty much deal with at the bar in the restaurant the guy with the beach towels and a lot more overall very stressful than relaxing. If it’s your first time you’re gonna be in a shock like me

Our stay at Oasis Palm – All Inclusive (Dec 24–29, 2025) was disappointing and not worth the price. The arrival and check-in process was extremely disorganized. Entry to the property was confusing, and check-in was split into two separate lines—one for registration and another for room key activation—each taking nearly an hour. There was no welcome drink, water, seating, or clear guidance, and staff were not helpful or comfortable communicating in English. After a long journey, the lack of support and poor guest handling was frustrating. The room was a decent size but very basic, with missing amenities on day one, no bathroom lock, no shower door, a non-functional locker, and foul-smelling bathroom water. Food service was another major issue: despite advertising multiple restaurants, reservations were only in person with 1–2 hour waits, leaving guests dependent on one crowded buffet with repetitive food and very limited vegetarian options. We had to eat outside the resort on multiple days. Access to drinking water was difficult, bar options were limited with long queues, and beach chairs were insufficient and poorly managed. Overall, the resort does not deliver a true all-inclusive experience and does not justify the cost. I would not recommend this property.

Nothing to say but i wouldn't call this property resort but the motel. Rooms are outdated, there were no bath towel in room called multiple times and no one showed up. Food was ok could have been better. Beach was not properly maintained as well.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Huge outbreak of gastrointestis throughout the hotel. All members of my family severely sick for 4days out of our 7night stay. Queues for at least an hr every night to eat at the all inc restaurant in the evenings. Disgusting food. Cheap watered down spirits & beer, we had to go out & buy our own as it was literally undrinkable! Smell of sewage on the beach. Rude, lazy & unhelpful staff. Could not wait to leave. Christmas vacation ruined! Everyone else we spoke to around the pool said the same thing.

They were not nice at all. Staff was extremely rude when we ask for help. On our first day it tool almost 4 hours to get us checked in. Their app doesn't work to book restaurants. There was no traditional mexican food available in buffet restaurant. When we ask for water bottles They mostly denied by saying they do not have water. They did same with fruits as well. I hated every single day i stayed at this resort. Water was smelly Couldn't take bath at all.

Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at Oasis Palm. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but even though we arrived before 2:30 PM, it took over two hours to get our room, which was extremely frustrating. I’ve stayed at many hotels and resorts before and have never experienced such a long and unexplained delay. The service was also very disorganized. When we asked for drinking water, the receptionist sent us to the coffee shop, and the coffee shop staff then told us to go to the restaurant. This back-and-forth was ridiculous and showed a lack of coordination. Additionally, the bathroom water had a bad smell, and the Wi-Fi connection was very poor throughout the stay. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and did not meet expectations.

This was a terrible hotel from customer service to property. You had to make a line for everything for breakfast buffet and for dinner as well which we’ve never experienced at another resort. Not to mention the terrible customer service at check in super rude and took 4 hours to check us in there was a big line. Look it up on TikTok other guests made videos. Also when we got to the ro they were painting the walls!!!! Crazy, so please don’t waste your money

La habitación era muy antigua, la cama estaba toda floja, la regadera y wc gastan agua en exceso, tarde más de 1.5 horas formado para hacer check-in, para poder comer, desayunar o cenar hay que hacer fila, en algunos casos más de 1 hora, solo servía un elevador, la calidad de algunas comidas no era buena, no servía la tv por cable, y la tv no tenía wifi para poder ver algo por streaming, la playa estaba sucia, había mucha basura

The Jurassic kids pool is not cared for and was an absolute mess... We went in for about two minutes and left absolutely disgusted.... Tree branches, broken climbing areas, a dead mouse, toilet paper, garbage... It was bad. The kids club rules are frustrating as well, I couldn't take my 2 and 4 year old in at the same time. My two year old could only go in a few days a week for certain hours in the morning andy 4 year old would have to go alone.... So we did not use the kids club. The food was really good. The beach was clean and rooms were fairly clean. The line ups were insane.... Huge line ups to the buffet every morning, huge check in line that took about an hour or more... Overall, we wouldn't return. It was decent but not worth the price.

The lines for food was crazy. If you showed up for breakfast at breakfast time you would wait 3 hours to eat. What is posted online as features of this resort ARE NOT what is actually in the resort. It is like a completely different resort. The kids pool is cool but in desperate need of a reno, the cement is all cut up and rips up feet. There are no fridges in the room, even though it states that there are fridges on expedia. The staff were nice but the resort itself was not great. Nice beach though.
