"The stay was nice. My room was clean and tidy. My only thing is that the shower floor was dirty and the light was broken underneath the lamp. But overall, the staff were helpful, the room was clean, room service staff cleaned the room well when I returned, and although it wasn't stated in my booking, there is access to a microwave in the lobby."

"Sherraton downtown Brooklyn was a very comfortable place to sleep in and the beds were as soft as a cloud. The room was very clean and neat and the showers were refreshing to shower in. Feedback: The water pressure coming out of the shower was a little inconsistent but it was not a major problem. Other than that you guys are good to go and I know that other people are going to love the hotel a lot."
