"My significant other and I came for my birthday / the J Cole concert. Upon entry, the staff was very welcoming and helpful! They were straightforward, and I could tell they knew their job well. The room was clean and fully stocked with what I needed for my 3-night stay (towels, toilet paper, sheets, etc). I even left something, and when I called, the staff were very helpful in confirming the item I had left. I would absolutely stay here again if I visit Brooklyn in the future."
