I requested toilet paper and additional towels from the front desk but never received them. Our key cards were not programmed for the parking lot so a bit of a hassle. I would stay there again.」

「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. 「Facility was clean but most of the staff weren't very helpful and were slow/no urgency, with the exception of the room cleaners who were very kind. Valet was the worst. The pool was closed for our entire stay because someone broke glass in it, which was irritating that glass would be allowed in the pool area at all. Our kids were really disappointed to not be able to use this amenity. Also, waited over an hour for a bellhop to come assist with bringing our luggage down just for them to never...
