"This was our second stay. Although laid out differently, each of the rooms are essentially the same. This time we stayed on the first floor and fully expected a "basement experience". Not to be had! Never would have realized we were partially underground. As usual our room was ready, clean as an operating room and comfortable. The newest addition is the ar ade/bar caddy corner to the hotel. We spent a few nights enjoying libations and games!"

"It was a nice room. For a cottage, a couch or love seat would have been nice. The restaurant on the premises wan't open. The desk clerk could have been more informative when we checked in. Room was clean."

"Quaint inn with a clubhouse next door for drinks, pizza and snacks. Nice outdoor seating at clubhouse with view of the river. This is about a 2 block walk away from three restaurants. Would stay again. "

"My husband and I stayed for one night during the week and had the entire hotel to ourselves. The hotel was built in 1868 and has lots of history to read about with displays throughout the building. Our room, the bridal suite, was so cute and cozy. It was very convenient for us because it was across from the train station, and we used the Amtrak train to travel to Hermann.
