「Pay the extra $20 and stay at everspring suites! It’s worth every penny. The staff is super accomplished and helpful and are actually legitimately friendly, kind, and empathetic. The facility beats the pants off the inn next door. Rooms are cleaner and the staff really cares about the cleanliness and presentation of their facility. Pool is open til MIDNIGHT all week long. Only downside is no lounge is open on Sunday. BYOB! lol… great staff, excellent stay, clean facility… can’t go wrong...

「Did not like staying at this property. Definitely outdated and not very well maintained. It looks nice on the outside, but everything needs a remodel on the inside. Very disappointed with my stay, especially for the higher price point.」

「This hotel is in the middle of a remodel. So pretty dated. Our AC didnt work and no one came to fix it. Limited staff and it was busy, so check in was slow. Rooms that face the pool area are very loud, door sounded like it was open but wasn't. For the price, it was okay. You get what you pay for.」

「For the price there were some discouraging aspects to the property. The flange on the tub was hanging off. We were called on noise disturbances when we were in bed. Before check out time a maid walked into room to clean without knocking.」

「I have always been staying at Best Western. But after traveling across the country staying at many different BW hotels, I have come to the conclusion that most are old and run down. Not all, but most. Its too risky to blind book reservations sight unseen. I will be staying at La Quinta from now on. It was just a much higher end experience. 」

「They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.」

「Had to get 2 rooms for my family, because my 4 year old needed surgery. We go to check in and the lady at the front desk says the pool isn’t open due to reconstruction because of a fire. Nowhere did it say that when booking a hotel specifically for the pool so my 4 year old could have a fun evening swimming before surgery. The front desk lady said she understood the frustration and to have Expedia contact them and that she would reimburse us for the 2 rooms even though it was “non refundable”....
