「This is our #1 go to hotel when we travel to Bismarck. The location is great, they are pet friendly, they offer breakfast with multiple options and everything is well maintained and clean. We have never had an issue staying here, it is more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is definitely our favorite.」

「Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room appeared clean upon arrival, but we found small cockroaches in the bathroom, which was already concerning. Breakfast was also poorly managed. 「This place is an overpriced dump. Smells horrible in the rooms and lobby. We were traveling cross country and this was the only hotel in town with rooms due to a national softball tournament in Bismarck. I would sleep in my car rather than stay here again.」

「The room and the parking were great. when we got off the elevator on the third floor, there was a horrid smell. it was a cross between musty/mold and animal urine. thankfully our room did not smell. I was also bummed that the hot tub wasn't working. For breakfast the next morning the food was almost out and there didn't appear to be anyone working that area.」

「We had a perfect stay. The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee was good and hot. No parking issues. Zero issues overall.」

「This is a nice place to stay if you’re in town for an extended period of time. It’s nice to have that feeling of being in an apartment. They have a daily breakfast that is nice and coffee and tea with creamer and sugar at your disposal. I would recommend this hotel. Towels are nice and good size.」

「The hotel appeared OK until I showered, and I didn't see the issue until I was finished. There was visible mold on the bottom of the shower. I showed the picture to the front desk staff, who said she would address it. I was very rushed for the few days that I was there, so I didn't say anything until I was leaving.」
