「This is our #1 go to hotel when we travel to Bismarck. The location is great, they are pet friendly, they offer breakfast with multiple options and everything is well maintained and clean. We have never had an issue staying here, it is more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is definitely our favorite.」

「While it was clean everything was so worn and in poor condition. The pool area obviously was a hit with the kids, but not worth the hotel stay. Staff was also very short and not welcoming. Find a different place even if it means no slide.」

「Everything was great, except food was very limited when we arrived at breakfast, and it was 0830. I understand being short staffed as I am a health care worker. But if this is an ongoing issue, maybe get rid of breakfast altogether, as this was not an option years ago when we travelled. You will always have people who eat way more food at breakfast than others do, and if short staffed, unable to keep up with supply and demand.」

「We have stayed here several times over the years when in the Bismarck area visiting family. I love the location and the option of having two rooms and a kitchen area. The staff are always helpful and accommodating. The property itself needs some serious updating. The chairs in the kitchen area are peeling and coming apart. 「They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.」

「The hotel appeared OK until I showered, and I didn't see the issue until I was finished. There was visible mold on the bottom of the shower. I showed the picture to the front desk staff, who said she would address it. I was very rushed for the few days that I was there, so I didn't say anything until I was leaving.」

「They serve a nice breakfast. The space might be a little small for the size of the hotel and the lady taking care of breakfast was run off her feet trying to keep up with hot food, sliver ware and coffee. Enjoy the food!」
