「The pool and hot tub were under renovation and not available that was not known until checking in.」

「Its starting to look old. The room had spider webs on the windows, the room had a bottle cap laying by one of the beds, the staff was very unhelpful, kept telling me they couldn't help me cause I went through 3rd party. No main number to reach property, no number for room service. I stay there alot and was very disappointed.」

「Unfortunately we will not be staying at this hotel again. The check in was great. When we got into the hallway of our room it stunk. Got into our room and smelled like it used to be a smoking room. Then we turned the heat on and the worst smell came out. Staff came up and said that they didn’t smell anything but they changed our room and everything was great after that.」

「VERY DISAPPOINTING MATTRESS The hotel room itself was clean and acceptable, but the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It was worn out and provided very little support, making it difficult to get comfortable or get a good night’s sleep. After a long day of traveling, having a comfortable bed is one of the most important things I expect from a hotel, and unfortunately, this mattress fell far short. The mattress really needs to be replaced. A hotel can have a nice room and good amenities,...
