「I booked for 6 nights but only stayed 5 nights. I checked out before 12:00 noon on May 7, and I have been unable to contact your customer service. Please hurry up and modify my order and issue a bill and send it to me by email, and then refund the payment for one night. Please help me, thanks.」

「Lukewarm shower water at best, greasy/slippery bathroom floor, bathroom sink didn't drain, tv remote didn't work, however the breakfast was very good!」

「Great location close to the interstate, and the room and facilities were clean.」

「Pass」

「When we checked into the hotel, there wasn't an employee in person. The person who check us appeared on tv screen on a kiosk. We did get checked in but I had a very difficult time understanding her English.」

「Amenities and room were great!」

「Our room was very dark. We had difficulty reading even with all the lamps on and the curtains opened. Disappointed that coffee was not available everyday as advertised.」

「I appreciated the character, but it’s in rougher shape than I anticipated.」

「Helpful staff and simple breakfast included, but lots of hair on pillows and slow internet.」

「Kelly was awesome and even picked us up from the Airport. Walk across the bridge to everything was easy also.」

「I never seen anyone. They need to be a bit clearer on how things work. I almost give up and left when I was trying to check in.」
